— 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
— English level — Upper-Intermediate / Advance;
— strong verbal & written communication skills;
— strong analytical skills;
— experience in creating meeting notes, business requirements, specifications, acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form;
— experience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams.
— technical background;
— ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment;
— knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies;
— experience with Jira and Confluence or similar.

— gather requirements from the Client;
— collaborate with the development team to check the technical feasibility of new features;
— visualize requirements by creating data flow diagrams;
— creation of mockups and visual examples;
— meeting notes creation;
— creation of tickets in ticket tracking system;
