We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Event Manager to join our team and help us elevate our presence in the Atlassian ecosystem by organizing and managing outstanding events.
Responsibilities:
- Organize Softgile’s participation in Atlassian-related events, including Atlassian Team events, Solution partners events and regional ACE gatherings;
- Develop and implement event strategies to enhance brand recognition, attract potential clients, and strengthen partnerships within the Atlassian ecosystem;
- Handle all aspects of event preparation, including vendor management, venue selection, travel arrangements, budget management, and on-site coordination;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Softgile’s presence at events through online and offline channels, including social media and email campaigns;
- Gather feedback;
- Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and event organizers.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in event management, preferably in the IT or B2B sector;
- Familiarity with Atlassian products, events, or the broader IT/software industry is a strong advantage;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken), additional languages are a bonus;
- Ability to travel for events when necessary.
