We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to lead and execute email campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in email marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketing, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support broader business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement CRM, email, and lifecycle marketing strategies that align with Softgile’s goals and enhance customer engagement;
• Take ownership of end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, segmentation, hypothesis development, execution, and performance analysis. Leverage tools like, Mailchimp, Brevo, Creatio to create, deploy, and optimize email campaigns and automations;
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize email campaigns. Use data insights to improve performance, engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer journeys. Conduct A/B tests to drive campaign improvements;
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, customer support, and design teams to ensure alignment between email campaigns and overall business objectives;
• Keep up with industry best practices, emerging trends, and email marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles;
• Proven success in executing and optimizing high-performing email campaigns;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights;
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, email building software;
• Solid understanding of email best practices, segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability;
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
