Softgile is a certified Platinum Atlassian Partner specializing in the implementation and support of solutions for project management and team collaboration. We help our clients optimize business processes, enhance team productivity, and improve efficiency using Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and others.

Responsibilities:

Implement the B2B sales strategy and achieve financial sales targets in international markets (USA, UK, Europe);

Process incoming leads, conduct online meetings with potential clients, and prepare commercial offers;

Actively search for and engage new B2B clients;

Analyze the competitive market to identify priority sales directions;

Identify client needs, conduct negotiations and presentations, and agree on terms of cooperation;

Develop long-term relationships with clients and partners;

Prepare commercial offers, presentations, plans, and reports;

Manage commercial documentation, draft contracts, and participate in tenders (if necessary);

Work in a CRM system by maintaining data about leads and clients;

Actively collaborate with the marketing department and project managers;

Collect client feedback.

Requirements:

Fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate level) for correspondence and verbal communication with clients;

At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales;

Proven success in delivering presentations and negotiations;

Ability to quickly and effectively create commercial proposals;

Skills in building relationships from scratch;

Focus on establishing long-term relationships;

Result-oriented mindset;

Deep understanding of sales principles and a client-oriented approach.

Will be a plus:

Experience working with international markets;

Knowledge of Atlassian products.
