I’ve been working at Softgile for almost 5 years now. I started in a junior sales position, then grew into a Business Development Manager role, where I gained strong experience and solid results. Later, I decided to move into business analysis, and after almost a year, continued my professional growth as a Delivery Manager.

One thing I’ve always appreciated is that whenever I wanted to explore a new direction or take on more responsibility, I had that opportunity. As long as you’re doing well in your current role and consistently delivering results, the company is open to helping you grow. Like any growing company, there are constant changes and new challenges, but I’ve always seen them as opportunities to learn and improve. That’s one of the main reasons I’m still here after almost five years
