Requirements:

Fluency in english is a must;
Strong experience of software, web, project management;
Managing teams of developers and engineers confidently and professionally;
Technical understanding of software architecture and web solutions;
Be able to understand the requirements and bring the idea to the team;

Responsibilities:

Leader of a team of developers and engineers in terms of project management;
Conduct daily meetings with the team, sprint planning, sprint retrospective;
Planning the development process, making use of project management software (e.g. JIRA, Asana, other);
Maintaining project and reporting documentation;
Close collaboration with the US team is required to prioritize features, scheduling and software planning function;
Mandatory compliance with the terms of delivery by the team;
Be sure that developers work together efficiently and carry out appropriate technical coordination;
