We want to move from a regular outsourcing business to an ecosystem of outsourcing, education, and product development companies.

Type of cooperation: Full-time.

⚡️Your responsibilities will be:

— Onboarding

— Search and recruitment of candidates, recruitment process management, evaluation of candidates, candidate database management, work with hiring managers, labor market analysis, building an employer brand.

— Screen profile to determine candidate tech skills and conduct phone screening;

— Communicate with candidates to identify their needs and support candidates for interview stages.

— Establish and maintain effective one-on-one communication with team members.

🗞Our requirements to you:

-Technical education or successfully completed recruiting courses.

-Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools, with the ability to build various search queries.

— Spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good relationships with people.

-High sense of responsibility, proactive mindset, and excellent teamwork skills.

-Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

-Creativity in daily tasks and a strong desire for self-development, including investing free time into personal growth.

🗞Will be plus if you have:

— Higher education in Programming or Human Resources.

— Experience working in a team in any other field.
