📲Project:
Advanced therapy agent/tool which extends beyond a chat bot and toward guiding users through a program of treatment. This treatment can take 3 months to 3 years but the key difference is it is moving the user forward, vs simply responding to them. The treatment plan is deeply informed clinically and through a matrix of diagnoses and criteria along with approaches to treatment It has a program and an agenda and does more than simply respond to prompts.

⚡️Your responsibilities on the project will be:
Designing, developing, and deploying a dynamic dialogue management system;
Test models accuracy and improve it over iterations;
Present work results to the customer, get customer’s feedback and implement improvements.

🗞Our requirements to you:
— 5+ proficiency in Python, with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers;
— Experience with LLMs: Hands-on expertise in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models;
— LoRA: Proven experience with Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) techniques for efficient model fine-tuning;
— RAG Systems: Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, including designing and implementing RAG-based architectures;
— Database Knowledge: Experience with relational (Aurora/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases;
— Cloud Platforms: Experience with Amazon SageMaker for ML model deployment and experimentation;
— API Integration: Knowledge of integrating models with RESTful APIs and managing IAM policies;
— Upper-Intermediate English level.

🗞It would be cool if you have:
— Langgraph, Langchain experience.
