AI/ML technology-based bot to be provided as SaaS for clinics, pharmacies, etc., to serve as an information source for any questions related to medicines, treatment, side effects, dosage, etc.
A custom 3D avatar is set up at the Admin panel, voice peak, and AI/ML profile with different behaviors—text, Voice, and video chat interaction with an avatar.
The project has already launched as an MVP; it is about to extend further with new features.

Type of cooperation: 1-2 months Part-time, then Full-time/remote

⚡️Your responsibilities will be:

— Work closely with Client stakeholders to develop products visions/roadmaps aligned with overall business goals and objectives. Development of Context Diagrams and E2E User flows.

— Constant support and development of comprehensive and detailed projects backlogs (creation of epics/user stories/sub-tasks) to ensure continuous pipeline of workload for your teams

— Manage set of projects and setup matching delivery framework (SCRUM, Kanban, mix of Agile approaches) to ensure accurate planning/execution/closure.

— Setup and regularly gather project metrics to ensure successful KPIs closure (focus on delivery without delays, with high quality and within expected budgets)

— Risk and Change management

— Close work with Office Heads to engage, motivate and develop project team members

🗞Our requirements to you:

— 2+ years of experience as PM/BA in an outsourcing company.

— Advanced English level.

— Project Visualization & Management: Experience in building roadmaps, charts, reports, and using data visualization tools for project mockups and prototypes.

— Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, with skills in project management tools and organizing information in wiki systems.

— Communication & Stakeholder Interaction: Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, managing change requests, and simplifying complex client requirements.

— Pre-Sale & Scope Management: Experience in pre-sale processes, project scope decomposition, estimation, and risk management.

— User Stories & UI/UX: Proficient in preparing User Stories, documenting Acceptance Criteria, and reviewing UI/UX design based on requirements.

— Project Launch & Team Management: Ability to launch new projects, facilitate team member selection, create job descriptions, and handle hiring decisions.

— Client Relations & Problem Solving: Focus on building client relationships, achieving KPIs, and solving problems related to the team and customer.
