Is a AAA multiplayer shooter game with big ambitions to develop a new AAA IP that promises to captivate players with innovative gameplay mechanics.

⚡️Your responsibilities on the project will be:
-Collaborate with an enthusiastic team of engineers to develop an exhilarating new AAA IP.
-Engineer engaging gameplay systems, introducing our players to unique game mechanics that stand out.
-Work in close partnership with designers, artists, creative leaders, and fellow engineers to plan, execute, and refine game systems (including combat, AI, camera angles, inventory management, etc.) utilizing Unreal Engine 5.
-Craft and optimize efficient systems architecture using C++ for streamlined gameplay experiences.
-Contribute to the evolution of our development pipeline and system architecture designs.
-Optimize all game systems and features to ensure performance aligns with technical specifications and constraints.
-Identify and address issues in the development phase to ensure smooth gameplay and system functionality.
-Strategically manage technical debt, employing tactics to minimize and address it effectively.

🗞Our requirements to you:
— 3+ years of professional experience within successful AAA game development teams, preferably on PC or Console platforms.
— Demonstrated engineering expertise with at least 2 years spent specializing in C++ development.
— Proficiency with AAA game engines, notably Unreal Engine 5, is essential.
— Comprehensive experience in developing systems for AAA titles, with deep knowledge in at least one core area such as animation, AI, camera systems, physics, networking, or rendering.
-Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills, capable of inspiring and elevating team performance.
-Experience with Open Source.
-Upper-Intermediate English level.
