🗒Your responsibilities on the project will be:
— Prospect large value companies that are a good fit for Softermii;
— Work with leads through outreach emails and phone calls;
— Create a great first impression on our prospects by inspiring them to learn how Softermii can benefit them;
— Qualify leads and sets up meetings;
— Well organize and know how to use CRM to track own activities;
— Learn and maintain a firm understanding of our sales process;
— Gain sales exposure and experience by partnering with internal Sales Executives;
— Attain and exceed your monthly quotas;
— Deal closure, handling contracting and negotiations;
— Attend conferences and events for prospecting.

🗞Our requirements for you:

— 1.5+ years of experience in IT sales (outsource or B2B product);
— Excellent command of spoken and written English (at least Strong B1) and German (at least B2);
— Great interpersonal abilities to create, maintain and enhance client relationships;
— Technical competence (understanding software development and adjoined services);
— Commercial awareness, ability to identify and effectively communicate commercial opportunities;
— Strong service/client-oriented attitude;
— Solid understanding of change and expectations management.
