Currently, we are looking for a Project Lead. Our ideal candidate has an ownership mindset and is passionate about taking responsibility for software requirements development and product’s implementation and delivery processes.


  • 1-2+ years of working experience
  • strong analytical skills and ability to quickly get into technical details
  • result-orientedness and readiness to take ownership of the project
  • excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
  • advanced communication and organizational skills for effective people management
  • understanding software development lifecycle and testing processes
  • familiarity with BPMN, UML, DFD, ER diagrams
  • understanding of Agile manifesto, Scrum methodology

Will be a plus:

  • experience in project planning and controlling
  • confident user of Jira
  • prototyping skills (Balsamiq, Axure, etc.)
  • upper-intermediate English


  • elicit, collect, analyze and synthesize requirements for a software product
  • manage project information and maintain project documentation
  • quickly respond to problems and make necessary changes to processes
  • understand and facilitate the architecture development of the product’s technical solution by developers and architects
  • lead the project at all stages: initiation, evaluation, planning, execution, control
  • communicate with stakeholders, inform them about the project status, work with remarks and escalations
  • coordinate the daily work of the project team
  • participate in continuous improvement of our software development processes
