About Product:
FastEx is not about project development, it’s about the unique opportunity to build a cryptocurrency exchange almost from scratch. Must-haves:

• Master Flutter’s architecture, widgets, and APIs;
• Expert in Dart language and features;
• Proficient in Flutter state management techniques;
• Skilled in integrating REST APIs with Flutter;
• Experienced in Flutter’s unit and widget testing;
• Apply MVC, MVP, MVVM in Flutter;
• Proficient in Git, managing repositories and branches;
• Detail-oriented in code review and optimization;
• Ensure adherence to Flutter best practices;
• Proficient in application performance profiling;
• Understand Flutter’s memory management techniques;
• Write effective logs for error identification;
• Reproduce bugs using tools like Sentry, Firebase;
• Proficiency in English at least at a B2 level.

As our company is international — English language is used for the business communication (with partners, among offices, all documentation & presentations).

Nice to haves:

• Experience with CI/CD;
• Familiar with mobile app deployment strategies;
• Communicate effectively, provide constructive code feedback;
• Mentor juniors on code structure, best practices.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead an agile team to success;
• Ensure team high performance and meet delivery goals with superb quality;
• Mentor each team member and lead them to excellence;
• Write code to implement tasks and do code reviews;
• Design solutions for new application components and work closely with the Head of Flutter on high level design tasks;
• Work closely with PM, QA, DevOps, IT and other teams to achieve your goals;
• Utilize technology and operational best practices to ensure the development of highly available, scalable, and reliable customer experiences;
• Actively participate in complex project design;
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and other team members;
• Mentor less experienced team members;
• Maintain deep involvement in all stages of application development;
• Conduct code reviews for team members.
