About Product and Team:

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be in charge of managing applications and infrastructure in production, taking overall responsibility for the quality of the services that the company provides.

Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience as a support/operation engineer;
• Process optimization and change management experience
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues;
• Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics;
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve technical skills.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environment;
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), understanding an ELK stack;
• Experience in scripting (bash/shell/Python or any other language that can be used for scripting);
• Understanding SQL queries;
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Main responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;
• Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits;
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers);
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback.
