SoftConstruct Ukraine is a large product company with Armenian roots.
We develop solutions in the fields of Big Data, Data Science and CryptoExchange. We combine our expertise in iGaming software development with advanced technologies to develop original software such as sports statistics, risk analysis, security. In most cases, we deal with atypical projects for the market, try to find and generate new technology-based solutions in our field.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Technical skills:

Must have:

• Architecture principles and design of software products: Design patterns, architect solution (best/worst practice)
• Technical Project management: Project risks, How to estimate high level projects. How to organise a continuous delivery UI. Sequential and parallel tasks. Technical backlog. Time to market.
• Experience and understanding ReactJS: Redux, reducers, immutability understanding
• Experience/understanding with big data: Understanding problem with big data (socket) and ways to fix it
• Experience in web front-end technologies: Have understanding about: MobX, WebComponents, MaterialUI, WebPack, config app, CDN
• Strong profiling and debugging knowledge: Detect bottleneck, ways to solve problems
• Strong knowledge of front-end development best practices: Can make architecture sketch of component, Software Development Life Cycle, Bugfix flow, Unit test, support flow, cross browser problems etc
• Experience in code review process: Work with PR, how to make code review

Nice to have:

• Understanding Angular/Vue: Describe differences between framework, best choice
• Experience in VanillaJS development: Common problems in JS, principles of FP and OOP, differences.
• Strong CSS/HTML knowledge: Using SASS or alternatives
• Strong Git and CLI knowledge: Describe git flow, understand how to work with git from terminal
• Experience in creation own JS solutions: Show personal project (in github or other)
• Backend understanding: Understanding differences between SOAP/REST. Json/Binary, Concurrences compatibility

• Building and managing a team of skilled ReactJS developers who are motivated and engaged in their work
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in ReactJS and related technologies, and implementing them in the department’s work as appropriate
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with other departments and stakeholders within the organisation, to ensure that the department’s work is aligned with the overall goals of the organisation
• Managing the department’s budget and resources effectively, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Continuously improving the department’s development processes and methodologies, to ensure that they are efficient and effective.
