About Product:

Tomahawk is a sourcing platform for IT-recruiters. Powered by NLP and ML it analyzes candidate skills, experience, personality insights using data from open sources like LinkedIn, GitHub, FB etc. Tomahawk provides a recruiter with a short-list of the most relevant candidates and advanced insights. It increases the chance of hiring and reduce search time. Next steps: assess candidate

personality, soft-skills, hiring probability.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Python;
• Basic experience with Kubernetes and Helm charts;
• Experience working on relational databases (PostgreSQL);
• Experience working on Linux, Docker;
• Exceptional problem solving, technical and data analysis skills;
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals.
• Extensive knowledge in software design and design patterns;
• Experience in incorporating and utilizing BDD / TDD / Unit testing;
• Experience working on NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, Redis);
• Experience with designing, implementing RESTful API’s (Django, FastAPI).

Nice to haves:

• Experience in data scraping and data mining;
• Experience with Cloud Services (preference to Google Cloud Platform);
• NLP and Machine Learning;
• Experience with full-text searches engines (fuzzy string searches).

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the Tomahawk development team;
• Keep tech solution in the agreed scope and acceptable timing;
• Solve issues that arise on a daily basis;
• Participate in groomings, demo and other Kanban/Scrum activities;
• Escalate blockers to PM and stakeholders.
