Each partner has a solid need to grow, retain their customers, detect fraud, and cure our partners’ pains. SoftConstruct launches a new product stream — complex event processing (CEP).
About Product:
The CEP is a high load project that aims to provide real-time service for 500 partners and 10m customers worldwide in gamification, customer relationship management, and even early fraud detection.
Team:
Currently, we are small, with only one lead product manager involved in the investigation phase. During the year 2021, we are planning to scale a team, up to eight engineers.
Challenges:
Understand the scope, possibilities, and usage of such services in the company ecosystem. Quick prototyping and based on partners’ feedback fine-tuning the solution.
