In connection with the expansion and transition of the company to a new level in Ukraine, we are looking for our first Employer Brand Manager.
We are SoftConstruct Ukraine, a product company that develops solutions in the field of SportTech using data science techniques.
Our mission is to make sports more technological and innovative, accessible and interesting to everyone.
All our guys are passionate about their work, and it is important for us that each employee feels their involvement in the business, value for the team and the company.
For a long time, we have been creating our corporate culture intuitively, defining our common values and forming an internal unique brand.
Now it’s time to cut our diamond and share it with the Ukrainian IT world.
As Employer Brand Manager, you’ll partner with the SoftConstruct’s team to develop our employer brand. You will begin by defining and understanding our brand and what makes it unique, then identify ways to amplify those attributes and show them to the IT world in Ukraine.
What about our team
You will be the first in the brand marketing team and will have the opportunity to assemble your team in the future.
You will also work closely with the HR team, which includes HR manager, event manager, people partner and recruiters.
What is important to us
— Initiative, persistence, fresh and creative approach to employer branding
— 3+ years of experience in employer branding (preferably in IT companies)
— Project management skills
— Outstanding communication skills
— Experience with analytics (data-driven approach to work and implementing the planned activities)
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to write a compelling story (in English, Ukrainian)
— Experience with Social Media content planning
— Basic relevant education (marketing, business, communications, etc.) will be a plus
What we need your help with
Define and implement an employer brand strategy that reflects the current needs of the company.
Internal employer brand:
—Work on the development of internal communication channels
—Helping the HR team to create internal communication activities that create excitement, stimulate interaction, bring teams and individuals together, and develop our culture
—Management of campaigns under the employer’s brand on social networks aimed at increasing employee engagement
—Assistance in the development of corporate identity
External employer brand:
— Organization of events: sponsorship, partnerships, external and internal company events (regular meetings and seminars dedicated to technology)
— Collaborate with the HR team to get the right messages across to potential candidates
— Updating the corporate website with employer-branded content, creating such content for corporate distribution across all communication channels (email, corporate chat, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
— Manage all employer branding platforms by creating content, managing reviews, creating ads and engaging candidates
— Collaborate with professional communities, opinion leaders
Dear colleague, we understand that it will be difficult for a specialist with little experience in employer branding to take on such a volume of work, so we will mainly communicate with experienced Brand Managers.
