Our partner, a young and ambitious entertainment brand with an international presence, proceeds with expansion around the world. The Local Marketing Team will be responsible for establishing the brand, fitting customer communication, and boosting business in Ukraine.
And right now we are looking for a Marketing Project Manager who will orchestrate global assets, partnerships, and channels to acquire, develop and retain clients. If your strong side is multitasking and the ability to manage different processes at the same time and you are interested in sports and betting, then you are definitely our perfect teammate.
Our main expectations are:
— 5+ years of experience in multichannel marketing, preferably within sport or betting environment;
— 3+ years of experience in an international environment;
— 3+ years of experience in digital marketing is highly desirable;
— Strong interest in sports, poker, cybersport, betting, international marketing;
— Track record of building successful partnerships and co-brand activities to increase brand awareness, hit client acquisition targets, or improve business efficiency;
— Proven experience in managing complex marketing campaigns;
— Strong understanding of key betting/gambling business metrics;
— Familiarity with digital channels and online client acquisition tactics;
— Ability to make strong analytic insights basing on the raw data;
— Ability to transform marketing concepts into compelling plans;
— Experience with global sponsorships, partnerships, and co-brand cooperation is highly desirable;
— Strong ability for multitasking;
— High level of creativity and personal flexibility;
— Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
— Fluency with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio;
— Technical acumen and ability to work or study process flow or analytical working tools, such Jira, CRM system and others;
— English — Upper-Intermediate, Russian and Ukrainian — Fluent.

So what are the tasks for our Marketing Project Manager:
— Lead and take sole responsibility for tactical client acquisition campaigns;
— Suggest and develop strong partnerships with external partners, agencies, affiliates, and other contributors;
— Design and implement marketing campaign plans, execute the budget, involve colleagues, and report results;
— Leverage global assets in the best way to achieve P&L targets;
— Coordinate marketing activities with the different departments: SEO, Retention, PR, Client Support, Affiliates, Risk Management, etc.);
— Hands-on execution of some marketing activities: location management, production coordination, contract management, control of ad placements, etc.;
— Suggest and select best product offers, features and differentiation points to catch clients’ attention via multiple channels;
— Cultivate innovative marketing tools, tactics, channels, and tactics to achieve acquisition goals;
— Develop and share best practices, introduce new ideas, and improve the way organization operates;
— Analyze and report campaign results and product insights.
