SoftConstruct conducts basic and applied research in four key areas: data science, computer vision, big data, real-time processing. Our experience is extremely wide: from working with complex computer and engineering systems, programming for data science — to developing and putting into practice innovative solutions in the field of sports, eSports, and security.

Our product has a lot of interesting and complex things — data analysis, big data processing, internal tools for service management, mathematical models, and work in production.
The product consists of several interdependent parts, the main purpose of which is the automation of sports trading.

What will you be doing?
— Taking responsibility for delivery, documentation, and management of strategic, operational, technology projects;
— Taking responsibility for the development and implementation of project plans and schedules, including release forecasting;
— Developing project document deliverables such as software system requirements, accreditation documentation, release notes, etc;
— Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project;
— Providing process gap analysis and developing proposals to remedy gaps;
— Managing all aspects of the software development lifecycle using JIRA and Confluence;

What experience and knowledge we are looking for:
— Strong technical background enabling a candidate to become knowledgeable in the product, market and domain;
— Minimum 3 years of experience in software project management and two in agile project management is required;
— Project management or product owner experience, which include using planning, scheduling, documenting, and reporting tools;
— Ability to manage teams of 15+ people and deliver multiple projects;
— Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential;
— Experience in writing software requirements, user stories, and use cases;
— Capability of leading and successfully working with individuals from different disciplines and experience levels;
— Experience in Betting / Casino domain;
— Experience in leading software projects using Agile and Scrum methodology.
