SoftConstruct Technology Holding serves on five continents and supports 500+ Partners who operate on the European, American, and Asian markets. Each partner has a strong need to grow and retain their customers, and as a cure for our partners’ pains, SoftConstruct launches a new project called Gamification Engine.

About Product:

The Engine is a high load product which has the ambition to provide service for 10m gamers around the world using a gamification approach as growth and retention value. Numerous easy to use fronts (app as a first step, mobile web, desktop web), socialization, bonus, and loyalty system on top of existing services of holding, will boost the engagement of the existing and new gamers.

Team:

Currently, we are 12 (3 designers, 4 front- engineers, 2 backend engineers, qa, devops, pm) efficient team members involved from the early stages of the project. During the year, we are planning to scale a team, up to fifteen members due to business needs — grow & deliver faster.

Skills & Experience:
— Working Erlang/OTP and/or Elixir knowledge;
— 2+ years of experience developing web applications;
— Understanding the semantics of HTTP and WebSockets;
— Understanding the core concepts of pubsub (gen_event, gproc, rabbitmq, mqtt, Kafka or similar) and data storage (ETS, mnesia, Redis, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, SQL) systems.

Will be a plus:
— Experience building and operating distributed systems;
— Continuous Delivery and DevOps mindset;
— Passion for functional programming;
— Basic understanding of HTML5/JS/DOM;
— Knowledge of at least one other language than Erlang.
