At Softcery, we help entrepreneurs build and scale innovative B2B SaaS platforms, specializing in the e-commerce industry and AI/ML-powered applications. We’re looking for a Project Manager to help us deliver more value to users and product owners.
- Create comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals and deadlines.
- Act as the main point of contact for all project-related matters, ensuring clear and effective communication between all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives.
- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project, devise strategies to mitigate these risks, and take action when issues arise.
- Manage resources effectively to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget, which includes overseeing financial and human resources.
- Monitor project progress, regularly update project status reports, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Project Management role, ideally within a similar industry or environment.
- Fluent in English (C1 level or above), with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
- Proficient understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, with experience in using project management tools and software.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly conveying project goals, updates, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with a proven track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams towards meeting project objectives.
