At Softcery, we help entrepreneurs build and scale innovative B2B SaaS platforms, specializing in the e-commerce industry and AI/ML-powered applications. We’re looking for a Project Manager to help us deliver more value to users and product owners.

Responsibilities

1. Create comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals and deadlines.
3. Act as the main point of contact for all project-related matters, ensuring clear and effective communication between all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives.
4. Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project, devise strategies to mitigate these risks, and take action when issues arise.
5. Manage resources effectively to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget, which includes overseeing financial and human resources.
6. Monitor project progress, regularly update project status reports, and provide updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years of experience in a Project Management role, ideally within a similar industry or environment.
2. Fluent in English (C1 level or above), with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
3. Proficient understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, with experience in using project management tools and software.
4. Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly conveying project goals, updates, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
5. Demonstrated leadership ability, with a proven track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams towards meeting project objectives.

1. You will be working in a well-managed workplace with clear objectives, well-defined expectations, continuous mentoring and performance development processes, quarterly performance reviews, and annual or semi-annual compensation reviews.
2. You’ll be working remotely with a flexible schedule that suits you best. We’ll define a narrow time frame when you’ll be expected to be online and available, but otherwise you’ll be free to manage your schedule as you see fit.
3. You’ll be entitled to 26 paid vacation days, 20 paid sick days, paid period leave, as well as reimbursement of your expenses on learning and professional services.
