Soft Industry Alliance is looking for an energetic, proactive and creative Lead Generation Manager ready to join our professional team!
Responsibilities:
- Identify new clients through various channels (LinkedIn, XING, etc.) based on the Ideal Client Profile.
- Conduct a needs analysis and identify pain points for potential clients.
- Create email and LinkedIn outreach sequences and follow up with target companies.
- Handle responses: manage objections and schedule meetings.
- Organize meetings and coordinate introductions (potential intro calls with clients). Your goal is to schedule sales meetings with leads and ensure both parties attend.
- Qualify potential clients to ensure a good fit.
Hard Skills:
- At least 3+ year of experience as a Lead Generation Manager in a software development company (experience in outstaffing/outsource is a plus).
- A deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and sales methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Zoominfo, Crunchbase, Sales Navigator, or similar services, with the ability to find companies and key information efficiently.
- A proven track record of timely and complete task execution, consistently meeting goals.
- Knowledge of the lead generation process, understanding where it starts and how it culminates.
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate level B1 or higher), both written and verbal.
- Experience with CRM systems, as well as proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Teams for at least 3 months.
- Ability to work with email automation tools like Snovio, LinkedIn Helper, etc.
