What you’ll do:
—Take full responsibility and ownership of a part of the product, mentored by a senior product manager if necessary;
— Collect product requirements from stakeholders, suggest improvements, and refine them with the engineering team;
— Manage and prioritize the product backlog, collecting defects and enhancement requests;
— Support Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority;
— Constantly search for opportunities for improvement of a product;
— Build and execute the product strategy and roadmap, working cross-functionally to sequence and execute this strategy.

It will be a great match if:
— You have 1+ years of experience in product, analytics, or engineering-related roles in IT companies;
— You understand what’s the difference between Product and Project management;
— You can split complex tasks into smaller ones and communicate them to others;
— You have hands-on knowledge of agile product development processes and a high-level understanding of engineering concepts;
— You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences; as well as, communicate effectively to individual contributors, and executive leadership;
— You’re an open-minded person open to feedback and ready to challenge your own or someone else’s point of view;
— You are a self-starter that thrives in the face of challenges;
— You have good written and verbal English skills.
