Qualifications and Experience:
— Entrepreneur mindset, ability to generate ideas and think out of the box;
— Enterpreneurship experience would be a big plus;
— Successfull problem-solving record;
— Strong analytical and calculation skills;
— Ability to negotiate, advanced persuasion and influencing skills;
— Ability to set up the processes and improve teamwork;
— The English language proficiency — upper-intermediate level and higher.
— Establishment and operational management of the local office in the Philippines;
— Local team processes establishment and optimization;
— Ownership of the main KPIs of the region, contribution into KPIs development;
— Finding and acquisition of new business partners from the Philippines;
— Long-term business trips with further relocation to the Philippines.
