A Business Analyst is a must-have for any cross-functional team with diverse stakeholders and one challenging goal. So we’re looking for a Superhero who will contribute to making the multimillion marketing budget effective. You will have a critical role in the day-to-day tasks of our development team. Also, you will be responsible for effective communication with internal stakeholders.
Business Analyst primary responsibilities:
— collaborate with the marketing stakeholders, developers, and PO on requirements clarification and definition of acceptance criteria;
— prepare Sprints Backlog;
— communicate with marketing stakeholders on troubleshooting and ad-hoc issues;
— write clear and concise business documentation;
— identify risks and issues, escalate them appropriately, and propose mitigation plans to overcome obstacles;
— continuously improve quality of communication during the development, troubleshooting processes, etc;
— examine if developed products meet our business requirements;
— support software engineers in implementing tasks — clarify and validate requirements.
The ideal candidate has:
— 1+ years of experience working in a cross-functional team as a Business Analyst or similar position;
— strong operational and analytical skills;
— ability to translate complex problems across complex systems into a simple, well-designed user experience;
— result-oriented approach to work;
— structured thinking and ability to base business decisions on data;
— powerful oral and written communication skills;
— Intermediate English level;
— proven presentation and self-management skills.
