That is why we are now expanding our team and looking for a talented professional for the role of User Acquisition Lead (return & re-engagement), who will lead the direction of re-engaging users through the paid purchasing channels, and help us grow even faster.

— Have the habit of focusing on the result and using data-driven approaches in the work.
— Creating, launching, evaluating and optimizing working “links” to re-engage users in relevant channels;
— Formulation of hypotheses and new ideas based on the analysis of historical data;
— Work with the analytical team to evaluate and find mechanisms to improve efficiency;
— Work with the creative team to create quality creatives / landing pages to increase conversions;
— Analysis of direct and indirect competitors;
— Formation and implementation of the strategy of purchasing traffic team Return & Re-engagement;
— Synchronization of team priorities with business leaders of other areas of the company.
— Successful track record of launching and managing Google Ads or Facebook Ads campaigns;
— Liability for campaigns with a total monthly budget of more than $ 100,000;
— Experience in purchasing users in the Tier-1 market;
— Strong analytical skills (factor analysis, ability to find cause and effect relationships, prioritization);
— Experience and desire to work with data, figures and metrics;
— Free possession of Excel / Sheets;
— Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, churn, retention and others;
— English level — Intermediate +.
