We’re seeking an experienced Staffing Partner Team Lead to join SocialTech. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join an amazing, robust, and agile team responsible for hiring premier talent. — 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience;
— 1+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers;
— Experience in building and scaling technical recruitment teams;
— Proven track record of building rapport with hiring managers and key business leaders;
— Have the skills to build a pipeline quickly and comprehensively;
— Inform a company’s strategic direction through understanding of the talent market (e.g., where to find particular skills, salary expectations of those with similar skills, etc.);
— Help drive Recruiting initiatives.
— Inspire, grow and nurture a team of recruiting professionals to deliver against Business hiring needs while meeting quality expectations;
— Providing mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of the team;
— Leverage data analytics to drive operational improvements and amplify operational excellence to support team’s rapid growth;
— Partner with SocialTech hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates, with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities;
— Champion recruiting process improvements and recruiting tool enhancements on a global level.
