About The Role
Customer Support Agent role is all about ensuring our users have the best possible experience. You will also work with our product and engineering teams to share and implement customer feedback that will skyrocket our business.
— Effectively resolve customer issues via emails and chats;
— Identify customer needs and communicate them with the relevant teams;
— Work with the product team to monitor product performance after the product is deployed;
— Ensure service success through strong performance management of KPIs;
— Be an important contributor to the Customer Support operations;
— Work with Head of Business Development and all other teams involved.
— Fluent English;
— Previous work in customer support or moderating content for a web-based application;
— Critical thinker and problem solver;
— Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom);
— Evidence of well-developed leadership skills;
— Analytical skills with a track record of exceeding targets, KPI’s SLA’s in a fast-paced and changing environment.
