The team consists of senior-level specialists. A small number of people ensures team flexibility and high focus: everyone works on their area of responsibility to achieve common goals.

Position Overview:

Your primary responsibility is to collect as much data about our customers as possible, in order to improve the product and fit demand and supply sides. We provide easy accessible service and consult our users via chat on any technical topic (f.e. how to set up my mac, help me retrieve my gmail password or help connecting my laptop to a TV). Also, as a key member of the team your are expected to help set up and improve processes within Operations department.

Requirements:

— Experience in Tech Support 2+ years;

— Strong communication skills (explain difficult things easily);

— Stress-resistance (have to work night shifts);

— Leadership and willingness to participate in product development and research;

— English — Upper/Advanced;

— Google search professional.

What you’ll do:

First of all, our product is about Service, so the service you provide is the main thing that makes the product successful.

On a daily basis you will:

— Communicate with customers via Live Chat and consult on any technical topic (starting from Software issues to setting up drivers for the TV set);

— Fill in and analyze the database of Q&A for further service improvement;

— Work closely with marketing and dev-teams to ensure we fulfill customer’s demand.
