Junior Account Manager (LATAM)


SocialTech — is a global IT product company that operates in Social Discovery segment. Our 300+ professionals team has unique product experience and is already one of the leaders internationally in its niche. We develop proprietary products that are used by millions of people around the world (predominantly USA and Europe) and we continue to show 3-digit growth annually in all key performance indicators.

Now we are in search of an Account Manager (LATAM).

Qualifications and Experience:
— 2+ years of experience in account management, partnership, business development, or related field;
—The Spanish language proficiency — upper-intermediate level and higher (interview may be held in Spanish);
— Proven experience in managing relationships with various partners and stakeholders;
—Highly responsible and reliable, with a strong level of self-awareness;
— Ability to negotiate successfully (both oral and written). Advanced persuasion and influencing skills;
— Strong analytical skills, attention to details;
— Experience of working in IT is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
— Finding and acquisition of new business partners from Latin American countries;
— To develop long-term relationships with partners from Latin America daily to increase their loyalty to the project (providing business consulting and help partners to build/optimize internal processes).
— Running competitor analysis, contributing to the formulation of strategic goals, and developing the tools to enable them;
— Developing the list of KPIs on partnerships, oversighting the results, and progress on targets related to partner’s revenue;
— To prepare recommendations for project performance improvement in response to the partner’s feedback;
— Business trips to Latin America ( 1-2 per year).
