Treasury Manager (international payments by non-residents) (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for an active and thoughtful professional who will strengthen our team in the treasury manager role.

What you will do:
As a treasury manager of international product IT business (based in Ukraine, but building products and selling services worldwide) you will have exposure to fairly unique combination of functions as opposed to traditional Ukrainian treasury either in banking or non-IT industries.

Control intragroup liquidity:
— manage cash-flow position within a group of 10+ legal entities incorporated in Cyprus, UK and USA;
— cooperate with legal and finance departments to support intragroup transactions with respective documentation;
— monitor FX exposure and optimal cash-flow structure to ensure effective cost of doing business;
— analyse potential risk exposures and propose mitigation initiatives.

Manage global payment factory operations (1,000+ counter-parties worldwide):
— execute payments at the level of different business units/projects;
— optimise payment processing routes and bank accounts;
— enhance group-wide business processes in order to bring clarity to complex international payments set-up;
— eliminate administrative inefficiencies, reduce costs, ensuring security, deadlines and compliance of all payments.

Relationship management with financial institutions:
— relationship management with selected financial institutions: top-tier banks (Credit Suisse, Bank of America, etc.) and e-money payment solutions (CardPay, Payoneer, etc.);
— support operational cash-management initiatives (banks account opening, KYC procedures, AML and compliance inquiries, etc.).

Develop cross-functional business processes:
— cooperate with internal departments (financial reporting, tax, legal, etc.) to enhance treasury related processes;
— research and implement new ERP solutions for automation and increase of departments’ efficiency.

Reporting to:
Head of SocialTech Treasury

Starter-kit needed to join the board:
— 3-5 years of relevant work experience in international or top-tier Ukrainian companies or banks.
— Ability to analyse complex issues and make sound business decisions.
— English — Upper-Intermediate or Advanced: oral and written. All communications with banks solely in English.
— Responsibility and readiness to act independently, willingness to learn and work.
— Attention to details.

Would be an advantage:
— Previous experience of work with banks in non-Ukrainian jurisdictions.
— Leadership and management potential are considered as a huge advantage.
— Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel, including VBA).
