We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of creating engaging, performant, and visually polished user interfaces. A strong foundation in responsive layout, animations, and modern front-end practices is essential, as you will play a key role in delivering an intuitive and delightful user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Build pixel-perfect, accessible, and mobile-friendly layouts with advanced CSS techniques.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive front-end applications using React and modern web technologies.
- Implement smooth, performant, and engaging animations/micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with designers, managers, and engineers to translate design concepts into functional, high-quality features.
- Review and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of the development workflow.
- Stay updated with the latest front-end trends, frameworks, and tools, applying them to improve product quality.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Expert knowledge of React, React Hooks, and state management libraries.
- Proven experience with animations (lottie, gsap).
- Familiarity with design systems and component-driven development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with server-side rendering (Next.js) and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite).
The position requires attending the office in Kyiv 3 times a week.
