We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Android Developer. As an advanced-level developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile application, ensuring high performance, reliability, and excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, and maintain Android applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and exceptional user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to define requirements and turn them into innovative app features.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Stay updated with the latest Android trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption to enhance development processes.
• Conduct code reviews, identify and resolve technical debt, and maintain coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Optimize app performance and implement new features with a focus on user engagement and retention.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) developing Android applications, with a strong portfolio of successful apps.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java programming languages, as well as Android SDK and Android Studio.
• Deep understanding of Android app architecture, design patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP), and best practices. VIPER will be a plus
• Kotlin coroutines on Android
• Knowledge and practical experience with Jetpack Compose.
• CI/CD expertise
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
