We are currently looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our outbound sales efforts and build strong, long-term relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:
— Identify, engage, and nurture potential customers through personalized outbound communication (email, LinkedIn, conferences, networking, etc.)
— Convert warm replies into scheduled intro calls and move prospects through the sales funnel.
— Lead sales calls and convert prospects into long-term customers.
— Research, reconnect, and re-engage leads already existing in the CRM system.
— Manage and update HubSpot CRM to track prospect interactions, deal stages, and sales progress.
— Develop tailored outreach strategies using market insights, industry trends, and prospect data.
— Experiment with new outreach approaches beyond standard templates to optimize engagement and response rates.
— Represent the company during conferences, offline meetings, and client visits to strengthen business relationships.
— Build and maintain strong client relationships both online and offline.
Requirements:
— B2/C1 English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
— 2+ years of experience in Business Development, SDR, or Sales roles within Outsourcing / Outstaffing companies.
— Proven experience closing USA and Europe-based clients.
— Strong outbound sales background with manual outreach experience (cold email, LinkedIn, multichannel communication).
— Proven ability to convert cold and warm leads into intro calls and closed deals.
— Experience leading sales calls and independently managing the full sales cycle.
— Experience working with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM systems).
— Creative and analytical approach to sales with strong personalization skills based on research and industry signals.
— Comfortable working remotely with a strong results-driven mindset.
Nice to Have:
— Experience in GameDev, QA services, or software outsourcing.
— Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming industry trends.
— Experience attending or organizing conferences and offline networking events.
— Experience with client office visits and building strong long-term partnerships offline.
