This team of designers, data scientists, and product and program managers are passionate about helping Snapchatters around the globe experience the magic of AR in their everyday worlds.

We’re looking for an experienced Games Producer to join our Lens team at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

• Spearhead development of innovative gaming products and prototypes
• Collaborate with product teams, designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to scope, schedule and execute games / game features
• Translate requirements to game designers, creative engineers, concept designers, copywriters, QA and legal/brand safety partners
• Build and manage a content and feature backlog, steer roadmap planning
• Utilize research and insights to influence engineering, design and cross functional teams as they build, test, and ship AR Games, prototypes and experiments

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Deep knowledge of Mobile Games Industry trends, design frameworks, development processes and infrastructure
• Ability to execute against defined objectives
• Familiarity with AR/VR
• Familiarity with gaming economies and business models
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (design, engineering, business)
• 3+ years of production management experience at a mobile games development company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Augmented Reality
• Experience working with Virtual Reality
• Experience driving technical specifications with design and engineering organizations
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a company
