We’re looking for Content Specialist to join Ukraine office to select and schedule the best content to increase engagement from Lenses.
What you’ll do:
— Create a schedule of Lenses launch including support of various marketing, comms and events, support regional and global cultural events
— Daily release of new content. React of changing the environment when it’s necessary.
— Coordination with Lens Design, Marketing, Comms and Engineering team responsible for Lenses creation or launch.
— Define metrics of success for scheduling for exact storefront in area of responsibility.
— Create dashboards and monitor metrics for each Lens launched within the storefront and its performance.
— Select lenses based on metrics and knowledge to maximize engagement. Try different approaches and experiment to find working scenarios of Lenses rollout
— Be able to perform analytic requests to track performance or analyse behavior and insights or create tasks for the Data Science team.
— Find, collect, report metrics and insights with other teams involved in Lenses creation or promotion process.
— Prepare the decks to present future content schedules or insights.
— Participate in the lens creation process on stages of labelling content and creation preview for the content or content review with other teams.
— Upper Intermediate English or higher
— Google spreadsheet or .xls knowledge on professional level
— Jira knowledge
— Ability to perform routine, operational task
— Attention to detail
— 1 year of experience as content manager/curator for Internet media services or shopping or social media services.
— Basic knowledge of business intelligence systems like Tableau or Looker
— Analytical skills
— Strong organizational skills
— Project management skills on junior level
— Ability to work independently
— Clear and effective communication skills and collaborative mindset
— Able to lead initiatives and programs
— Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
