We’re looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join Snap Inc! As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help us find top engineers and creatives who will play a crucial role in building and shaping key features that millions of Snapchatters use every day. Working from our Kyiv, Ukraine office, you’ll make a huge organizational impact on our growing company by filling high-priority, senior-level positions within our engineering and creative teams.
What you’ll do:
• Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions
• Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier technical and creative talent
• Work on a variety of technical and creative roles cross-functionally
• Manage communication and partnership with hiring managers and leaders
• Drive offer process, including generating and extending offers, and closing candidates
• Maintain and improve Snap Inc.’s candidate experience
• Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience working in an in-house environment
Preferred qualifications:
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for an array of technical and creative roles, including software, hardware, research, and design
• Experience partnering and working with leadership and executive teams
• Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
• Experience working in both small and large tech companies
• Someone with an extensive network of senior engineering and creative talent across the globe
• Someone who loves solving challenging problems and building programs for scale
• Passion for building effective and high-performing teams
• Someone who is customer-focused and can provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
• Someone with an analytical mindset who understands the importance of tracking metrics
• Someone who is organized, works with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly identify and execute on priorities
