I collaborated with Snaga Solutions for 8 months as a QA, and it was a truly great experience for me. The first thing I’d like to mention is how quickly I integrated into the workflows. The colleagues are incredibly open — you can always reach out for advice or discuss a complex case without any unnecessary formality.

The conditions here are excellent for a tester. Management trusts the team; there’s no exhausting pressure regarding deadlines or pointless bureaucracy. We built normal communication where product quality was a genuine priority.

The projects are technically solid, offering opportunities to work with a modern stack and actually influence the final result by proposing your own ideas. I’m very grateful to the leadership and the team for their support and belief in me as a specialist.
