— Higher technical education in the field of IT;
— Basic understanding of the principles of logistics processes (experience at the logistics company is a strong advantage!);
— Around 2 years of experience as a first-line technical support engineer;
— Basic understanding of the functioning of ERP systems based on 1C
— Ability to write User Stories, Use Cases;
— Experience with Windows System;
— Good command of English;
— Strong analytical skills;
— Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to prioritize workload in a paced-environment;
— Willingness and ability to communicate within the international team.

Functional responsibilities:
— Serve as a first line of technical support via consulting and training of users;
— Conduct initial analysis of the task when an error is detected in the operation of the information system and the formalization of a request for correction;
— Monitoring of exchanges between information systems, keeping data up to date;
— Conduct regular updates of ERP modules, maintain configurations as up to date;
— Contribution in the processes of putting the system into test and production use;
— Filling out test reports after fulfilment of the development request;
— Writing instructions, regulations and user manuals.
The main purpose is to support a transition from 1C to new a ERP system.
