Dive into real-time insights, optimize auction types, and access high-quality ads across diverse platforms. With seamless integrations, including JS tags, APIs, Prebid, and VAST, SmartyAds SSP ensures a secure environment through manual checks and third-party verification. Main responsibilities:

— Process incoming publisher registrations and onboard them to our platform.
— Proactively monitor customer accounts, analyze their performance and reach out to publishers to offer optimizations where relevant.
— Work with departments of Operations, Sales and Finance so best possible service is delivered to customer.
— Resolve technical issues in cooperation with the tech team.
— Execute product demos for potential customers.
— Ensure an increase in the profit made by publishers on our platform.
— Maintain warm and friendly relationships with all the clients.

Hard skills:

— Upper-intermediate English.
— Knowledge of Google Drive tools and MS Excel — required.
— Experience in customer service/customer support (1+ year) — required.
— Experience in IT (1+ year) — will be a plus.
— Experience with Google Ad Manager 360 — will be a huge plus.

Soft skills:

— Ability to think critically and analyze the data.
— Result-oriented with good problem-solving and prioritization skills.
— Client-oriented.
— Empathy and negotiation skills.
— Be attentive to details.
— Have strong organizational skills.
— Be able to work in conditions of multitasking.
