As the People Partner/HR manager, you’ll play a crucial role in nurturing our company’s greatest asset—our people. You’ll oversee all aspects of HR, ensuring we maintain high standards in employee management, HR processes, and legal compliance. Your work will be pivotal in shaping our culture, fostering growth, and supporting our collective goals across departments.

— in people management, you’ll conduct monthly one-on-ones, facilitate introductory meetings, and guide new team members through their onboarding journey. You’ll also champion
— strategically, you’ll develop and implement HR processes and policies that resonate with our mission and values. Your initiatives will include crafting Learning & Development programs and quarterly HR plans aimed at continuous improvement and alignment with company goals;
— you’ll ensure the quality of our performance assessments, fostering meaningful one-on-one goal-setting conversations and tracking progress through bi-annual eNPS surveys. Preparing for smooth onboarding transitions and creating clear job descriptions for each team position will be part of your commitment to team success;
— your dedication to executing HR processes flawlessly, maintaining our Employee Retention Rate (ERR), and fostering open communication across our team will be crucial.
