We are looking for People Partner/HR manager to join our friendly team!

As the People Partner/HR manager, you’ll play a crucial role in nurturing our company’s greatest asset—our people. You’ll oversee all aspects of HR, ensuring we maintain high standards in employee management, HR processes, and legal compliance. Your work will be pivotal in shaping our culture, fostering growth, and supporting our collective goals across departments.

Requirements:

  • English B2 proficiency level.
  • Proven 3+ years of experience in HR management, demonstrating your ability to lead with empathy and integrity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and legal requirements, ensuring compliance and fairness.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills to drive positive change.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and GSuite, empowering you to streamline operations.
  • Experience with performance management systems and tools that enhance employee engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for conflict resolution, handling challenges with empathy and efficiency.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, retention strategies, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, ensuring our team feels valued and rewarded.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, essential for building trusting relationships.

Responsibilities:

— your role involves managing HR administration, from signing agreements and maintaining new hire documents to tracking HR policies like sick leaves and vacations. Ensuring our team is covered with timely insurance renewals and overseeing performance assessments post-probation, annually, and mid-year will be essential;

— in people management, you’ll conduct monthly one-on-ones, facilitate introductory meetings, and guide new team members through their onboarding journey. You’ll also champion 360-degree assessments to empower our managers and enhance team dynamics;

— strategically, you’ll develop and implement HR processes and policies that resonate with our mission and values. Your initiatives will include crafting Learning & Development programs and quarterly HR plans aimed at continuous improvement and alignment with company goals;

— you’ll ensure the quality of our performance assessments, fostering meaningful one-on-one goal-setting conversations and tracking progress through bi-annual eNPS surveys. Preparing for smooth onboarding transitions and creating clear job descriptions for each team position will be part of your commitment to team success;

— your dedication to executing HR processes flawlessly, maintaining our Employee Retention Rate (ERR), and fostering open communication across our team will be crucial. You’ll also play a pivotal role in budgeting for HR initiatives, planning impactful events, and cultivating a vibrant company culture rooted in our mission and values.
