The Ad tech industry is a dynamic and rapidly evolving sector, demanding keen attention to industry updates and continuous learning.

At SmartyAds, we are seeking a dedicated and driven professional to join us as a Trainee Account Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with a highly skilled team of Account Managers who manage partnerships with industry giants such as Google, Opera, and Rakuten. They will deep-dive you into the world of digital advertising and will help you gain the expertise needed to ensure that advertisements effectively reach the right audience at the right time and in the right place.

As a Trainee Account Manager, your primary objective is to provide support and learn from our experienced Account Management team while gradually taking on more responsibilities. This role is pivotal in understanding the nuances of the business and the art of client relationship management.

Main responsibilities

  • Performing operational tasks delegated by the Account management team;
  • Continuously learn about the Ad Tech ecosystem;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes;
  • Participate in meetings and discussions;
  • Gaining all the provided knowledge for becoming a Junior Account Manager.

Hard skills

  • English: Upper-Intermediate and above;
  • Knowledge of Google Drive tools and MS Excel will be a plus;
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus;
  • Professional internships abroad will be a plus.
