We are looking for an Employer brand manager for our new R&D project!
The project will have a model of venture builder that will unite existing businesses and build new ones.
As an Employer brand manager you will work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR and Marketing to develop and execute our Talent Attraction and Engagement Strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employer brand and communication strategy;
- Increase employer brand visibility;
- Promote the brand Culture by highlighting our pride and Employee Value Proposition;
- Creating the company’s PR strategy, developing a plan for conducting PR campaigns to attract employees;
- Promote and communicate the employee value proposition through various digital platforms, events;
- Building brand awareness and increasing brand value within the company;
- Development and management of the company’s social networks;
- Grow employer brand awareness through ownership of career site and relevant social; platforms, measuring engagement, applications, and other important metrics;
- Promote key people LinkedIns.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position, such as Employer Branding or Marketing;
- Proven track record in developing a strong employment brand for IT companies;
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate and adapt ideas to internal needs;
- Experience in marketing communications, marketing campaigns, and project coordination;
- Strategic thinking capabilities;
- Strong research and analytical skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
