Responsibilities:

  • Identify and hire the best talent for our clients’ teams;
  • Learn and apply different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates
  • Assisting with interview organization, making sure the interview feedback is in place, in a timely manner and in the agreed format;
  • Assisting recruiters in daily activities (posting positions, preparing if needed a pipeline);
  • Working on company internal and external employer branding;

Our ideal candidate:

  • General understanding of the IT market and Recruitment process;
  • Experience with and Boolean search (other techniques would be a plus);
  • Experience in writing attractive and meaningful pitches;
  • Literate written Ukrainian or Russian;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • To be a passionate learner who loves working with people;
  • To be a team player who believes in cooperation and compromising;
