We are currently looking for a Head to lead our friendly team and facilitate the sales for our Demand-Side Platform (DSP). We believe in the power of personal approach and simplicity, rather than bureaucracy. We value the impact of every member of our team as it makes the difference to not only our company, but to a plethora of businesses operating on the programmatic landscape using our solutions, and chances are, we are looking for you?

We will expect you:

• Accountability for platform revenue and reporting on its operations;
• Managing existing and building new processes related to sales, account management and client retention;
• Performing inbound and outbound sales;
• Leading a team and hiring its new members;
• Participation in professional events (trade exhibitions, fairs, etc) to find new clients and present our products;
• Tracking sales funnel in CRM system;
• Active participation in Product Improvement from the sales/client needs perspective;
• Cooperation with other sales/client service departments to achieve the best results.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has fluent English (Upper Intermediate/Advanced);
• Has experience in IT Sales as a Sales or Business Development Manager for more than 3 years (preferably in programmatic/CPA/CPM/CPI etc);
• Has experience in managing teams for 1+ year (at least 3 people), building processes and hiring;
• Is result-oriented with good problem-solving and prioritization skills;
• Has strong leadership skills;
• Is initiativeness and passion for IT.
