The tasks of the Client/Account Manager are very different, but the sequence of actions is approximately the same.
We will expect you:
• tracking and control over the statistics and performance metrics/KPIs of the platform;
• direct communication with tech and business team in order to detect and solve technical issues related to the • platform or integrations;
• direct communication with onboarded partners in order to troubleshoot the daily activity;
• сustomer support and their business process improvement.
Our ideal candidate:
• Has fluent English;
• Has good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Is tech savvy and willing to work in a team;
• Is self-motivated and responsible;
• Experience in Customer Support/Client Management in digital advertising industry (as a plus).
