negotiation, deal closure, and account management
Understanding of the IT industry and software development processes
Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers and internal teams
Experience selling software solutions, staff augmentation, and/or development services at the C-level to the global customers
Ability to communicate and collaborate with a technical team
Advanced in English
