Required Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of data management experience
• Extensive experience with data algorithms
• Working knowledge of Hadoop
• Working knowledge, interest and experience with data science / machine learning tools and technologies
(NLP, and others)
• Ability and prior experience with managing teams and projects
• Ability to identity tasks and timelines for technical projects
• Experienced in creating highly available systems, leadership skills and ability to mentor and train other
technical staff members.
• Experience in designing architecture to support data virtualization and advanced analytics operations

Our tech stack/environment includes: Java, Lucene, Javascript, Postgres, AWS, Git.

• Strong skills in data analysis, information assessment, and data quality review
• Great Communication Skills — Strong communications, both verbally and written (Russian (native),
Ukranian (native), English (advanced))
• Ability to influence others and establish/maintain collaborative relationships
