— process tickets in the internal ticket system (day/evening shifts)
— write and post notifications of different kinds in the company’s communication channels (warning about system issues, updates on the situation, info posts)
— communicate and coordinate with other departments regarding providing support to company employees
— communicate with foreign counterparties in English (written and spoken) via different comms channels (email, Skype, Slack)
— test and support company software products
— send out personal notifications and reminders to company employees
— administer user accounts in various software solutions
— collect and submit documents for opening of new accounts
— help senior Operations employees upon request
